How Do We Check a Safety App Form Against Our Propane Procedures?

Have your safety lead compare the form with your approved procedure, field by field, before the crew uses it. Check the prompts, the saved results and what happens with an incomplete entry. Ask the provider to fix any mismatch.

Put the procedure beside the screen

Use the procedure your company has approved for that work. Make a comparison sheet with three columns: what the procedure calls for, where the app records it, and any open question.

Propane Safety Pro advertises custom digital forms. Ask which parts can be set up for your workflow and who does that work. The feature description alone does not settle every change you want. Product source

The homepage also describes dropdown menus. Compare the choices with the results your procedure lets people record. If a sample result doesn't fit, flag it for review instead of picking an answer that isn't true. Product source

Test a prompt, then read the saved result

The app page describes automatic verification that flags field errors at the job site. Use an incomplete sample on purpose and see what the software flags. Keep the demo away from any live safety decision. Product source

The published record also includes a date, photo, location and signature. Look at how those show up in the sample, next to what your procedure calls for. Product source

Ask what the automatic check looks at and what it leaves to the worker and reviewer. A form that saves without a warning is not an outside approval of your procedure or the installation.

Give the sign-off a name

Have the safety lead write down the form reviewed, the procedure used, the date and any open items. Ask how a later form change would be requested and checked. This is a suggested sign-off record. It is not a claim of built-in version control.

Show the approved example to the people who will fill it out and review it. They should be able to say what to enter and where to send a question. Leave technical calls to the people qualified to make them.

Request a demo with a blank company form and its approved procedure beside it.
