Put the address where the customer gets mail on the envelope. Keep the tank location in its own field. If both addresses must print, USPS puts the delivery address on the line right above city, state and ZIP.

Print one address if you can
USPS says to drop the second address from the printed piece if possible, even though your file can keep both. USPS: dual addresses Pick the confirmed mailing address before you make labels.
If both must print, mind the order
The intended delivery address goes on the line right above the city, state and ZIP line. The other address goes on a line above it. USPS: address order
The ZIP+4 must match the delivery address. USPS: matching ZIP+4 Do not take the ZIP from the tank location just because it sits next to the name in your export.
For the box line itself, USPS format is PO BOX followed by the box number. USPS: PO box format
A label is not a warning decision
Ask the account contact where they get mail. Then have the person who runs your warning procedure decide whether anyone else at the propane property needs a notice. A right PO box label fixes the routing. It does not tell you who your company must warn.
Should we delete the street address from the account?
No. Keep the service-location record. Your delivery side needs it. Change the mailing field only after your office checks it. If your file has both address types, ask to see a sample label.
General information, not legal advice. Talk to your own attorney or insurer about who your company must send a notice to.
