Start small: one driver, one office reviewer, one ordinary job. If both can finish that job, from entry to finding the saved record, add the next person.

Set the finish line first
Pick one job your crew knows well. Write down who enters the record, who checks it, and what would make either person send it back. Use sample data for demos. Run any live trial under your normal procedures.
The Propane Safety App lets a driver document work on a smartphone or tablet. So start with the device your trial driver will really carry. Product source
Before the demo, use the personal or company phone decision guide to choose the device and name who supports it.
Have the office reviewer say what they need to see before the driver starts. The app's record shows a date, photo, location and signature. Check all four on your example. Product source
Try a record that is missing something
A trial made of perfect examples teaches you little. The app gives automatic feedback on field errors while the user is still at the job site. Ask for a demo with an incomplete sample, and have the driver explain the message back in their own words. Product source
Then switch seats. The app summarizes field work for reports. Can the office reviewer find the trial job without the driver pointing at the screen? Product source
Add people when both can finish
Keep a short log: what you tried, what happened, the open question and who answers it. Questions about your procedure go to your operations lead. Questions about the software go to the provider.
Set your own pass marks. For example: the driver enters the sample, explains a warning and finds the saved record, and the office pulls it up and reviews it. When those pass, add the next user. Let the results set the pace, not the calendar.
Request demo access and ask to walk through one pilot job.
