PROCESS
Complete a Needs Assessment
We go through what your crew has actually completed, find what is missing, and hand you the list. Then we set the documentation up so it stays current on its own instead of by memory.
Classroom Completions
Your trainer covers what the rule requires: DOT, OSHA, CETP, NFPA codes. We record every completion the day it happens — who was there, what was covered, what date.
Field Completions
Field work is the hardest kind to prove later. Skills evaluations, who signed off, the date and the location all go in the file the same day, so a year from now it is a record instead of a recollection.

DOT, OSHA, CETP and OQ all leave a paper trail. So do a few others most companies forget about.
1/2 Day Tank Evacuation Training
At some point almost all marketers will have to conduct a tank evacuation. Proper training is critical to reduce risk of this potentially dangerous process. NFPA 58 and OSHA require initial training as well as refreshers every 3 years for designated employees that will perform this activity. The refresher clock starts the day of the class. We watch it so you don't have to.
2-3 Day Tech/Installer Training
Most technicians and drivers learn better with their hands on the equipment. Field training is also the hardest kind to prove later — so that is where the documentation earns its keep: photos, location, date, who signed off.

3: Field Training
2-3 Day Bobtail Driver Training
Most technicians and drivers learn better with their hands on the equipment. Field training is also the hardest kind to prove later — so that is where the documentation earns its keep: photos, location, date, who signed off.
Day 1: Classroom/Field Training (1/2 day classroom & 1/2 day field)

- Monthly cargo tank and discharge systeminspection

- Garaging of cargo tank vehicles
Day 2-3: Field Training
Driver Evaluation and Installation Risk Management Compliance Review
Propane Safety experts provide ride-along driver evaluation and on-site installation reviews to identify priorities for installation and training. Drivers and technicians get feedback during evaluations. Management receives reports that identify areas that need improvement.
Example: ASME container must be set at least 5 feet away from building opening.
Propane marketers that sign up for the custom Training Service Package also have access to DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, CETP, and other Topical Training as needed.
