What is a propane training matrix?
A propane training matrix is one page that says who is trained, on what, at what interval, and which drawer holds the proof. It covers 172.704, CETP or PEP, EAP drills, HazCom, and security as this shop actually assigns them.
It does not replace those files. 29 CFR 1910.1200(h) is initial assignment plus new hazard; annual HazCom refresh is practice unless a state plan numbers it. CETP is not a federal mandate.
