What is a propane SDS / HazCom program?
A propane SDS / HazCom program is the written employee program under 29 CFR 1910.1200: SDS access, labels, training, and the written program OSHA asks for first. A binder of manufacturer sheets is not that program.
The inventory is the chemicals actually on this site, including supplier SDS for odorized propane. We do not invent the list.
HazCom is employees. A duty-to-warn program is the customer-information file. They are not the same book.
